1–3: Preparation and Search

The initial contact

Together with you, we define the job specification, duration, budget, technical and practical setup, and desired consultant qualifications, etc., and agree on the next steps.

Start of recruitment

We explore the market for the best consultants that match your needs and conduct initial interviews and QA (reference checks) on the relevant candidates.

Submission of profiles

We send the selected CVs along with practical information about the consultant to you within the agreed timeframe.

4–7: Selection & Onboarding

Interview

The consultant(s) are selected for interview, and WE-CRUIT facilitates the contact and logistics related to the interview.

Follow-up

After the interview, we follow up with both you and the consultant. If needed, we assist in evaluating the consultant selection. We handle rejections for the candidates not chosen.

Agreements and Contracts

We handle all contractual matters for all parties involved. With extensive experience in contracts, we ensure a thorough review.

In-flight

Any unresolved questions from your side or the consultant’s are addressed and expectations are aligned to ensure mutual understanding of the assignment framework and the next steps.

8–10: Collaboration & Completion

Onboarding

We stay closely in touch with both you and the consultant to ensure all practical information/access is in place and that the first days run smoothly and efficiently.

Ongoing follow-up

Off-boarding
